Yes exactly. Words mean nothing in comparison to the action. Saying someone is nice after they just hurt you doesn’t change your reaction. In fact, it could make you feel more strongly about it.

They are very, very scary. Very scary and terrifying. I will never own one of those creatures. I do not understand how someone can be so friendly with a cryptid like that. No hate to those who do, I just don’t understand. They are scary.

I tried many strategies to overcome my fear, as I knew it was irrational, but each failed miserably; the fear was only getting worse! Then, out of the blue, something happened that would lead me to face my fear head-on. I now work with dogs, problem dogs, and often dogs that others won ™t go near. Clients suggested writing a book, which I have just released on a very well-known online seller. Some of you may find it inspiring!

But how do you know that a random dog you meet will be well-behaved and not go for you, maybe because you inadvertently do something to provoke it? That ™s part of my fear.
