It shows that your heart has grown, and you understand that you have taken a life when you kill them. I love bugs and would never kill them, not even a fly buzzing me and landing on the food.

If your friends throw bugs at you and make fun of you, they are not real or good friends. I am a big bug lover, and I have never even killed a fly in my life, even when it lands on the food or buzzes me. Look up the cutest bugs in the world; maybe that will remind you that not all bugs will kill you.

I swear I ™d rather run from bugs than kill them. I ™m literally just like you. I can ™t kill a bug because it requires me to get close to them, and I just can ™t do it. I just saw a roach in my college dorms while I was on my way to the bathroom, and I ran so fast away from it. I ™ve never seen a bug that big before. I cried for 30 minutes straight because I was too scared to go back to my room. It was 2 in the morning, and I was out in the hallway crying. It ™s currently 3 am as I am writing this. I am thinking about moving back home. Just the other day, I saw a spider in my room since my roommate loves keeping the window open all day. I cried, and I looked away for not even 5 seconds, and it disappeared. We searched the entire room, and we never found it. I ™m terrified of sleeping in this room and of going to the bathroom and leaving this room. I can ™t look at pictures or even emojis of bugs. I ™m scared of seafood because they look like giant bugs. It ™s so bad.

I am currently hiding in my room because there is a fly in the kitchen and my husband is being so relaxed about killing it. He does this a lot and tells me I am being irrational for being terrified of bugs. I cannot help it. I get so terrified that it literally paralyses me. He makes me feel silly about my phobia and even laughs sometimes.

I feel exactly the same! I am not scared of some insects, but when I am, I tend to close every part of my body where they could easily enter it (mouth, nose, etc).

I feel the same way. I was just freaking out because I heard a bug flying in the room I was in. I ™m in my sisters room at the moment as my room had an earwig in it (a flying pincher bug). Everyone is sleeping and I tried calling them and messaging them and everything. I recently had a panic attack for two full hours and was brought to the emergency room over a bug because my mother refused to let me sleep in her room. I don’t know why I ™m this afraid all of a sudden or maybe I was always afraid but there are so many bugs in my house and I can ™t handle it. Plus I have bad eye sight. I can only see colors, so when I see a flying bug all I can see is a blob so that scares me even more because I have no idea what kind of bug I ™m trapped with. It could be a wasp for all I know.
